1990 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo R

The 1990 Toyota Supra “Twin Turbo R” was the fastest production model A70. This one is in great condition and has been well taken care of over the past 25 years. It has just 69k original miles and it very much shows. The exterior is in good shape with no major dents or dings. The paint is in similar condition and still shines nicely. There are some very light blemishes but lots of depth in the OEM black paint. An otherwise stock exterior appearance is complimented well with the addition of 19” Work Euroline KH wheels.

The interior is also in very nice condition. The original Recaro seats are free of major rips and tears and show minimal bolster wear. The dash does have the typical MK3 crack but is otherwise in good shape. All panels and the carpet are stain free with very light wear. A Momo “Corse” steering wheel has been added along with a Razo shift knob. Power windows, locks, and mirrors are standard and functioning correctly.

Mechanically it’s lightly but tastefully modified. An HKS intake + Blitz BOV help on the induction side while the HKS catback exhaust provides an aggressive note. The 2.5L 1JZ-GTE starts right away and pulls strong under boost. The 5 speed R154 manual transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch shows no signs of slipping. Standard for the “Twin Turbo R”, larger sway bars and a Torsen LSD differential are in place. Cusco coilovers and strut tower bars have also been installed.
