This 1990 Toyota Celsior is very much at home as a stock daily driver or the perfect starting point for a build. The exterior is in great condition and the body is free of major dents and dings. Although the two tone paint isn’t an original color, we think it looks excellent and is very similar to the Type-X silver. The paint shines very nicely and matches the condition of the body. There are no major blemishes and it’s in good shape for a 25 year old vehicle. There are some scuffs on the front bumper and some minor chips here and there, but very nice overall. Besides the paint it’s been kept 100% stock.

The interior matches the exterior and has been well maintained by the previous owner. The panels and trim are all in great condition and free of rips. The dash is also in good shape although it does have some minor sun damage near the climate control. The gray executive cloths seats pair nicely with the silver paint and have been well kept. There is a small pen sized hole in the driver seat bottom but otherwise there are no rips, tears, or defects. The carpet is stain free and original floor mats are included.

Mechanically it’s sound and ready for the road. The 1UZ 4.0L V8 starts right away and idles smoothly. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly whether you’re cruising or under acceleration. The suspension feels soft and comfortable but firm when needed. The A/C blows cold and the heat is functioning correctly.

Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable classic.
